You cringe when people ask for your website link.
We typically book about 1.5 - 3 months out for website design, so we suggest not waiting too long to secure your spot on the calendar. Start dates are only secured with a deposit and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once booked, you will be put into our signature Website Waiting Room which will guide you through all the content needed into order to hit your start date successfully! Brand Design can typically get started in just a couple weeks.
Every client has different needs and is in its own unique season of business, so this can vary. Brand Design can take anywhere from a week to a month depending on speed of responses and number of revisions. On average, our website design experience takes about 2-4 weeks. Copy and content is required to be submitted before your start date can begin. While this can feel daunting, it helps make for a smoother process overall. Don't worry, our Waiting Room Experience will keep you on track and get you a checklist of required items.
50% is due to book and secure a slot in our calendar. Our VIP Experience is 4 payments of $1999. We accept ACH or Credit Card payments thru our contract system (which uses Stripe). There will be a "pay now" button right on your invoice at booking. We also accept e-transfers via Zelle. We do not accept Paypal or Venmo.
