Frequently Asked Questions
No image caps around here! I don't love the idea of making you pick since I know the whole gallery is awesome-sauce. All images that make "the cut" will be right there in your gallery ("the cut" is getting rid of the blinks and blurs). This means the count can range from 20 all the way to 60 per hour. Every session is unique and the image count will be dependent on things like outfit changes, full set changes, location changes, and more. Our VIP Experience includes both web and full resolution images. Standard hourly photo or video only sessions include web-res images with the option to upgrade your gallery to also include high resolution rights.
The "Oh-So-Fabulous VIP Content Experience" typically books out about 1.5 - 2 month in advance. This gives us ample time to plan and strategize every aspect of your shoot. This signature experience includes both photo + video, so going over goals and gaps in your marketing is an integral piece of making sure we approach your shoot with intention and solutions. If you are doing Photo or Video Only, we book out 2-4 weeks in advance, depending on date and location availability.
You choose! The "Oh-So-Fabulous VIP Content Experience" is a 3 hour shoot, including both photo + video content. We do offer hourly coverage for both photo and video services, with the ability to add on time by the half hour. Our average booking for only one service is 1.5 - 2 hours as it allows for more flexibility of outfits, props and locations.
This is totally a preference call, but utilizing a professional can absolutely help you look flawless on camera. It is included in the "Oh-So-Fabulous VIP Content Experience" and is available as an add-on to your other sessions. Our exlcusive partner Tamara Makeup & Hair Artistry has been glamming our portrait clients for over 10 years and not to toot our own horn, but we're a total #dreamteam.
We have a studio in Hoffman Estates, IL. There is a natural light studio room and then also a larger, all studio light room. Our VIP Experience includes full studio access. One room is included for standard sessions, with the option to upgrade to full studio access.
We also have a list of fantastic rental locations for use, based on your style, needs and preferences. If you have a brick & mortar location, we can also shoot there! Travel fees apply outside of 40 miles from 60172.

We do our best to get you your final photos and videos as humanly possible. Like you, we are human and sometimes life has other plans or technology fails us (usually on Mondays ha!) Turnover is typically 3-4 weeks. Kindly, don't rush the process. We hand tone and process all of our images to perfection. Trust us, the end result will be worth the wait. Rush completion can usually be accommodated when hard deadlines are presented during the booking process.
If you're feeling this way, you're in good company. Majority of people feel this way...hello, we're human! Seriously if I had a dollar for every time I'm asked this, I'd be rich! You're in luck, because I also feel this way, and thru doing many of my own branding shoots for TWTF, I've come to learn and better understand this feeling! It's super important that you book your shoot with someone you vibe with. This can make or break your session. I'm a pretty weird and goofy human, which most of my clients find put them at ease. I promise you, no matter how unphotogenic you feel you may be, we will have so much fun and your personality will shine bright (like a diamonddddd)
For standard photo or video only sessions, 50% is due to book and secure a slot in our calendar. Our VIP Experience is 4 payments of $749. We accept ACH or Credit Card payments thru Stripe. There will be a "pay now" button right on your invoice at booking. We also accept e-transfers via Zelle. We do not accept Paypal or Venmo.
